March Break Art Camps
Ages 6 to 12


Our day camps are dedicated to art-making and outdoor recreation to keep kids busy and inspired while school's out. Offered in French and English.

9 am - 4 pm

Optional childcare: 8 am - 9 am ($4/child); 4 pm - 5:30 pm ($6/child)

Building outside the box
A visit to the exhibition Silent As Glue, will serve as the main inspiration for a week-long programme that explores fantastical decor and imaginary architecture through experiments with collage, montage, 3D drawing and model-making.

March 15 – 19
Superbodies
Inspired by the exhibition Betty Goodwin: from the collection of Salah J. Bachir, we’ll not only explore the art of depicting the human body, but also historical costume, comics, fashion, science and science fiction in order to create futuristic wardrobes for superhuman bodies.

Cost: $202 for members ($235 for non-members)

Got junk? Discover new ways to combine everyday objects with recycled and scavenged materials, creating the most unexpected 3D collages! Dig through our scrap heap or bring your own objects from home.

Space is the Place
Ever wanted to swim through air or fly underwater? Jump into the next dimension and become part of the art, creating soaring paper creatures for a performance in our life-sized shadow puppet theatre.

March 19 at Glen Abbey Branch 10 am – 12 pm

TURBOcomics: Cartooning for the graphic novice
Let’s bring the future to life! This fast-paced fundamentals of cartooning adventure will take a serious sci-fi twist, envisioning a future where new technologies and the natural world collide. Open to all levels and interests.

March 17 at Whiteoaks Branch 10 am – 12 pm
